As detailed in the linked article Sea of Thieves Enforcement Policy Update, following the April update 3.3.2, we now use a points based enforcement system where you can track the current enforcement actions placed against your account through our website.
Please be aware that players with historical bans from our services will still have this enforcement action placed against their accounts regardless of the number of enforcement points which are shown on their account.
