Accessibility – Text to Speech / Speech to Text is not functioning between PlayStation^®5 players and those on other platforms

When players have Speech to Text or Text to Speech enabled, this functionality is currently not working between PlayStation®5 players and those on other platforms. For clarity, this will work between:

PlayStation®5 players only
Players on other platforms such as Xbox and Steam only

Certain seasonal deeds are remaining at 1/X despite performing the required action.
"Super Smuggler" commendation and/or title are not unlocking despite meeting the requirements
Seasonal Deeds are stuck at 29/30
Localisation - The commendation "Wrecker of Reaper Fortresses" is currently displaying as a missing text string
