We have been made aware of players having difficulty receiving their 'Legends of Giving' emote, gifts from other players and the ability to use the 'Legends of Giving' emote during this event. This Guide should cover the most common issues and how to resolve them.
I have not received my sails and emote or I can't use the gift giving emote again
Due to high demand on our services, there may be a delay in receiving your gifts. We advise players to wait at least 60 minutes before considering creating a ticket. Players have also reported that visiting the Ferry of the Damned can prompt the items to appear. If you still do not see your items after a few hours, please contact support.
