Commendation - Pop up message highlighting completion of 'Crasher of Caches' only displays for the player who activated the Skull of Arms

Following hotfix 3.5.2.1, when completing the commendation 'Crasher of Caches', the pop up message highlighting this completion will only display for the player who activated the Skull of Arms. While this is being investigated, please be aware that this commendation will successfully be tracked for all members of the crew.
